Modern Aged is Brandon and Amy. Architect and Dancer. We fell in love with each-other’s unique styles: authenticity in rustic materials and sleek contemporary lines that evoke our own characteristics and flavors. We bring together contrasting elements into a single aesthetic to create beautiful objects.
Like An Old Friend
A good piece of furniture is simple. No false finish. No Laminates. No pretending it’s something it’s not. Our pieces are open, authentic, designed to reveal what’s beneath the surface. We use hard-worn hardwoods, combined with bold, rustic metals. Brought together, these adaptively reused materials reveal a quality inherent in all good design: beauty, function, and reliability over time.

It’s about approach. It’s about seeing the possibility in something old, breathing life back into it, and creating something new. A mixed-aged, mixed-aesthetic. A design that speaks.
